Collaboration > Consultancy
Besides collaboration, the university also offers service-for-fee-based models for temporary recruitment of researchers. This may be a preferred interaction model for some private partners in relation to defined tasks requiring academic know-how or competences, as well as stringently defined research projects. In such cases consultancy is paid by the private partner at marked price, but all rights to results are maintained exclusively by the private partner.
Examples of consultancy tasks are:
- Literature reviews
- Competence-dependent reports or evaluations
- Defined analyses and/or data interpretations
- Defined research projects
- Nature management, mitigation or restoration assessments
All consultancy projects are tailored to the needs of the external partner.
For access to larger technological core-facilities in the department, service-for-fee-based access is also an option.
