Project description:

We are developing methods for geneticly assaying the stability of proteins in E. coli and yeast. These methods allow us to, in principle, determine the in vivo stability of any protein in vivo. We are using these methods to stabilize designed proteins.

At the same time we whish to combine chemically synthesized peptides in the analysis of protein stability in vitro.
