PhD candidate in Sciences at the Nuclear Energy Center in Agriculture at the University of São Paulo with a project focused on Genomics and Metabolomics of Brazilian cyanobacteria of the order Nostocales. I am involved in sequencing, analysis of reads, data processing, and genome assembly of cyanobacteria. Additionally, I work on the search and validation of gene clusters for the production of natural products in cyanobacteria and explore ecological insights into salt resistance in cyanobacteria.
